You should book at least two weeks from the date of the event. This gives us the minimum required time to prepare and customize your package.
If your event is within two weeks, please contact us. Depending on party size and package, we may have enough time to prepare properly.
*Note: Bookings made exactly two weeks prior to the event date will be subject to immediate deposit payment, according to our payment schedule.
We understand that you may need to cancel for any reason. If a deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the event date, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
Yes. All of our equipment is owned and maintained by Lux Entertainment.
We only use industry standard DJ equipment. All of our lighting, audio, and accessories were purchased from highly reputable companies such as Chauvet™, American DJ™ (ADJ), Electro-Voice™ (EV), and Dura Truss™.
Yes. We have backup equipment ready at the event. We always have a secondary laptop running in the background just in case we need to switch over.
